While we work with a variety of clients throughout Tennessee, we want to make sure we can meet your needs. Here are a few things to consider if you’re wondering if MJR Speed will be a good fit for your transportation needs.
Our grace period is defined as fifteen (15) minutes beyond the scheduled pick up time. Exceeding the grace period will result in wait time charges. Wait time will be charged at the hourly rate of the vehicle in fifteen (15) minute increments.
Any schedule changes/delays made within two (2) hours of the scheduled pick-up time will result in wait time charges starting at the scheduled pick-up time.
Yes, if you are happy with your service. Our drivers really appreciate gratuity, it shows they are doing a great job making your ride perfect.
We recommend 20% but the amount is completely up to you.
MJR Speed may require the customer to provide a damage deposit of $250.00 “upfront” for potential mishaps. These deposits are required when alcohol will be consumed inside the vehicle during
Cleaning deposits will be refunded “only after” the vehicle has been fully inspected.
No. All of MJR Speed vehicles are NON-SMOKING.
Customers are encouraged to provide their own car seats or booster seats.
This does vary based on the time of year. Sedan reservations should be called in within 24 hours of the pickup date. We do try to accommodate all last minute requests for transportation, but cannot always guarantee that there are vehicles available. All specialty vehicle reservations should be called in well in advance of the event date.
